The Information shall not be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Use, or be dispatched to any other user or agent. \r\n \r\n3.\tThe Information shall at all times remain the property of the Licensor, held in copyright by the Licensor and provided on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. \r\n \r\n4.\tIf Information or products derived from the Information is to be used, either in part or in full, for publication, promotion, external or further display, then Licensor permission must be obtained prior.\r\n\r\n5.\tAll products produced by the Licensee from the use of the Information shall include text acknowledging the Licensor as the source and copyright owner of the Information.\r\n\r\n6.\tThe Licensor and all of its respective servants, agents and officers, shall not be held liable for any action, proceeding, claim, suit or demand arising from or otherwise relating to the interpretation, accuracy, completeness, currency or use of the Information by the Licensee. \r\n \r\n7.\tThe Licensee will indemnify and keep indemnified the Licensor and all of its respective servants, agents and officers from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, suits or demands whatsoever which may at any time be brought, maintained or made against the Licensor and/or any of its respective servants, agents or officers arising from or otherwise relating to the interpretation, accuracy, completeness, currency, format or use of the Information by the Licensee. \r\n \r\n8.\tThe Licensee acknowledges and understands that the Licensor has, in good faith, made every effort to ensure that the Information is complete, current and reliable. However, the Licensor makes no warranty or representation about the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the Information and that, before relying on the Information in any important matter, the Licensee should carefully evaluate the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the Information for its purposes and should obtain appropriate professional advice relevant to its particular
