Emergency Response - Client Property Event System - Properties (DPIRD-082)

This restricted data set identifies property boundaries and the contact details of all associated clients from the DPIRD client property event (CPE) system.

This data set may only be accessed and used by Government Agencies during emergency incidents when there is a reasonable belief or threat to safety, health or life, including locating a missing person.

CPE is a spatially linked database of agricultural and other properties maintained by DPIRD.

Property boundaries consist of one or more contiguous cadastral parcels that are believed to be managed as one unit. Property information is collected by DPIRD staff through direct contact with landholders through mail-outs and attendance at field days.

Properties may also contain information autogenerated from Landgate parcel data records.

The underlying parcel data is updated on a regular basis using Cadastral boundaries supplied by Landgate. Property boundary and ownership information are updated on a daily basis.

In accordance with Departmental Policy, contact information such as names and addresses of landholders linked to properties is restricted use only.
