Restriction Zone (WP-044)

The ‘Restriction Zones’ layer should act as an indicator to landowners and regulators (Local Government, WAPC, MRA) that the setbacks of buildings, vegetation and use of land in the vicinity of power line assets requires further consideration by Western Power prior to approval or commencement of works. Where proposed development, works or activities fall inside the restriction zone it is recommended that customers contact Western Power via the following link: https://www.westernpower.com.au/safety-access/working-near-our-network/overhead-network-safety/
