State Electorates [Proposed] (LGATE-133)

MLA and MLC boundaries are updated every four years prior to the State General Election. The current electoral dataset (LGATE-069) depicts the State Electoral Districts and Regions that were used in the State General Election of March 2021.

This dataset describes the PROPOSED MLA and MLC boundaries that were Gazetted on 1st December 2023. They will be used in the State General Election held on 8th March 2025. If a by-election is held before the next State General Election, the 2021 boundaries will still apply. Immediately prior to the State General Election of March 2025, the current electoral dataset (LGATE-069) will depict the latest State Electoral Districts and Regions to be used for the State General Election of March 8th, 2025.
