WA Regional Aerial Photography Mosaic (LGATE-321)

This regional Western Australia imagery service provides access to all available regional imagery as separate layers dating from 2010 to the present day. It is a composite service, comprised of mosaics captured in different epochs and at various scales/resolutions - depending whether the imagery is captured over 'bush' (rural) or over populated areas.

The vast majority of this service is comprised of: a) 1:100,000 imagery map tiles @ 50cm resolution; and b) On-going and programmed 10cm resolution mosaics over various town sites and aboriginal communities.

To improve performance and address recurring issues, the WA Regional service is now split into two discrete services - aerial captures that occurred a) up to 2009 and b) 2010 onwards.

The pre 2010 service is known as the WA Regional Photography Mosaic Archive

Subscription to WA Regional will automatically include access to WA Regional Archive at no extra charge. The services are not available separately.
