Registered Interests Over Land

Layers within this Group are restricted to Government use only.

The Interests on Land (IOL) layers enable relevant Government entities to more easily identify lands that are encumbered by registered interests relevant to legislation they are responsible for administering on behalf of the State of Western Australia.

It should be noted that the information contained within these layers is not guaranteed and should be used for information purposes only, and does not replace the need to source original documents for any and all legal purposes.

Government users that have access to the Landgate SLIP Restricted Tenure services have been granted access to these layers by default.
