Landgate SLIP Subscription Integrated Tenure by Polygon

An alternative to the Landgate Tenure Subscription Service, this service provides for a processed (or "flattened") data structure and contains 5 feature classes (1 SLIP layer per feature class). A “master” tenure polygon layer is provided to deliver unique polygon records where a single land / single title relationship can be made and contains all land tenure types and ownership details that relate to a single unique cadastral polygon record. The remaining 4 layers are complimentary and contain those records where a one to one polygon/title relationship is not possible nor practical (eg: strata titles and other multi-title lots, easements and interests).
